This special place actually is the world's largest salt lake is estimated to have a reserve of 10 billion tons of salt.Its form since 30 to 40 thousand years ago....In the wet season, the Poopo Lake overflows into Salar de Uyuni turning it into the worlds largest mirror,with a thin sheet of water that looks amazing under the open sky...
In the dry season, the place will turn into big dry salt flat area.....
