What swimming Mean to me...

When standing beside the pool and get ready....I stand there take a few deep breath and release it out slowly...clearing my mind everything.i know what to do ,and how to do it....my mind visualizing the swimming movement, my soul separate with my body, i just like third person watching myself swimming...Left ,right ,push pull ,kick ,breath ,repeat....

I remember not to look at anyone and stay focused...I hear people whispered all around...I see the bottom of the pool and i can't sell anything...I feel my body gliding through the chlorine water...I can feel my body Temperature increasing, the warm blood running all over my body.....
Butterfly...hand pull push..dolphin kick...lift half body out of water..breath...I feel the water with my all finger..I is Amazing ,the feel is like flying above the water...
I may not win in the pool.And i may not win on the board.But I feel like I won if my time descend......An I count that as a win in my heart.....

When  floating on top of a pool, letting the bottom slowly float by underneath, can truly feel free.. Finally can escaped from the bonds of gravity and moved into your own world where nothing is pulling you down. No one can talk to you because sound does not travel well through water. So you are by yourself  and see what has been disturbing you and your life. Swimming not only allows you to think about your troubles and stress, it also gives you a chance to release them by using the power of your own body. It is truly an amazing experience.

Swimming  is a meditation ....The breathing is very controlled and regulated and the movements are repetitive. This enables  me to develop incredible concentration....^^
