After busy my stuff...finally i am free...Now i am going to share a specially place Malacca..actually i born in Malacca so i like that place very much so if free i will ask my few secondly school buddy to have a trip there.... For all the time spent communicating through the virtual world, it is a pleasure to be able to meet up with them for real once in a blue moon because we all have our own road to go. It doesn't matter if it is only for a meal or just a simple meeting i think it is more than worthless...During CNY we have a visit to Malacca , It was a short drive from Tampin and my buddy just tagged along.
Shopping in Malacca is boring but when comes to food, Malacca is real a heaven!
The famous Capitol Satay Celup (lok-lok) of Melaka... this set of photos was actually taken quite a few months back while I was making a trip down to Melaka during the CNY.Before this i only know to eat and never ask what is the name of the store, what i knew is which store is the most visited store by people and where it located only....so i official introduce the first dish........

Maybe the word of Satay Celup is not so familiar but when i say (lok-lok)sure most of the Malaysians will know....The place opened at 5 p.m and we reached there around 6:30 pm. Just look at the queue and if it was not my buddyi nsistence , I would not be part of the queue.So if can dont go there on weekend ......if you go there by normal weekday you just had to queue approximately for 45 mins .and the best time to go is around 5 sth, if u go around 6 or 7, u gonna wait soooooo long and there will be the people eating the lok lok in front of you make you feel more hungry ....

Satay Celup is a dish that's almost exclusive to Malacca . It's like steamboat, but with satay gravy instead of some flavoured broth to cook a variety of skewered meats, starches, vegetables and seafood. Also, a trademark of satay celup is the unique pot of bubbling satay gravy is sunken into a hole in the centre of the table for easy access.
i was stunt there for few second when saw this....waliao like this also can.... The atmosphere there is quick nice ,the hygiene is in good condition
The food is arrange separately and nicely ,it is make me more hungry....
Tiger prawn my favorite bigger then my finger thumb..Half way through the meal they brought out 1 huge prawn each for us which was priced same as other sticks. (RM0.80 each if I remember correctly.)

Drink coconut water after eat spicy thing ^^.....pls take note take the capitol lok lok is spicy dishes so drink more water after eat it otherwise will easily get sore throat.....

Must eat! Durian Chendol. Must go Antik 88, Jonker Street!
We headed for the famous “Chendol” shop, which is located somewhere in the middle of the street.please see it carefully dont go to wrong Cendol store because this Kedai Antik 88 's Cendol is different from any Cendol you will ever taste it before...its cendol ice will be more soft and the Durian is not artificial Durian....and if you walk along Jonker Street you will saw many Cendol store around that area....So chose it wisely ....The shop name is “Kedai Antik 88 and you will never miss it. The shop lives up to its name. There are a lot of antiques inside the shop, from treasures like bowls, plates, jades and vases that were dug up from the sea or passed down from generations to generations. There are also many old photos, photos and picture frames of Elvis Presley, Bruce Lee and Teressa Teng and Malacca town during the 1940’s and 50’s. Wooden tables and chairs are used in the shop. Even the lights used are antiques! The house is very long, at least 2 times longer than the current normal terrace house you can even cycle in it.
The Mother of Gula Melacca
There are various “Chendol” sold here but I personally suggest the original “Baba Chendol”. Since everybody knows what “Chendol” is, lets go straight to the point. The wonderful thing about this “Chendol” is the “Gula Melaka” they use. The “Gula Melaka” is very pure, as in not mixing with too much (or maybe without) water. It is very thick and highly concentrated. It basically “glues” the ice into a ball of ice. The fragrance can be smelt even before you step into the shop. Not only that, the coconut milk is very thick too! With that, the best “Chendol” in Malacca comes from this shop.
